As a freelance consultant I can work flexibly with you and your team in those situations in a way that suits you best.
Consulting.
To assist with a small scale, well defined issue you are facing and provide a suggested solution for you to implement we can work together on a consulting basis with my time charged at an hourly rate. Giving you the flexibility to work with me to dive deep into a particular area when you need help, but also to pick up the topic within your own team as and when you feel ready to take the reins.
Projects.
For more in-depth pieces of work that are likely to take longer as I take time to understand the nuances of your business and work with your team on how to operationalise a forward plan, I prefer to provide a deliverables based quote. Which means you pay for the value of those deliverables rather than the time taken to create them.
